Thank you for your interest in the GENeral shop! At GenGen, we believe in prototyping everything. This shop is a chance to prototype a new initiative with our team. Thank you for your continual support!

Do you accept any returns or cancellations? 

We currently do not accept any returns or cancellations —all sales are final.

What’s your refund policy? 

If you wish to change or cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order to be considered for refunds. Refunds requested after the 24-hour time frame will not be issued. 

If my order was lost or damaged during shipping, may I request a refund? 

Once your purchase has been shipped, there will be no refunds issued.

I received my order and there was an issue. 

If there are any missing items, wrong items, or other problems with your order, please contact us at hello@gengen.community with the subject header “Shop Order Issue” and we will work out a solution with you there.

When I place an order, when can I expect its arrival? 

Once you purchase any items in the shop, we will send it to the postal carrier in 5-7 business days.  

Considering shipping delays, when can I expect to receive my order to be delivered? 

The estimated shipping time once we send it to the postal carrier is around 5-7 days. 

My package is marked as "delivered" but I can't find it.

Once the order is shipped, we are no longer responsible for the delivery condition/status caused by your postal carrier. 

If my address is incorrect, how do I fix this?

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing hello@gengen.community. When sending us this, please title the subject of your email “Shop Order Address Change” and we will make this change.

Do you ship international?

We will only be shipping to US residencies at this time.

What does it mean if I can’t add a product to the cart?

If this happens, the product is sold out. However, if you would like to purchase it when we have it back in stock, please fill out the Waitlist form and we will send it to you once we have them.
